Mac Users

You can fix the issue by opening Safari and moving onto preferences. Then go to search bar and deselect 'include search engine suggestions'. In the last restart Safari and then you will see the change.

iOS Users

You should open Safari, go to settings on the app and find safari then turn off suggestions.
