Turn On Night Shift Mode Using Blue Light Reduction On iOS 9.3
Apple has released a new incremental update iOS 9.3 for 64-bit devices which have got many features included. Among one of the best feature is Night Shift Blue Light Reduction system which can protect your eyes from brightness and contrast levels of your phone.

According to Apple,
Many studies have been found that the exposure of bright light in the night can affect your eyes and make them harder to fall in sleep.
The new iOS 9.3 uses the Time and Geolocation to detect the sunlight and automatically it makes your screen change its color to orange throughout the night, this app seems to be similar of F.Lux.

You can switch on this feature on your iOS 9.3 going to phone settings then tap on Display and Brightness option and turn on Blue Light Reduction. We commend you to drag the button to the cooler in the morning time and warmer in the night time. You can also see schedule button which will help you when to turn on and turn off the night mode.

This feature was designed to make your eyes feel relax and fall into sleep when you're working for a long time in the nights on your phone. And when you wake up in the morning the screen turns into normal.

Note:

If you cannot see "From Sunset to Sunrise" option under schedule button then you need to enable automatic time zone using network under privacy settings to enable the feature without scheduling the timings manually.
