Google Play Games To Remove Google Plus Sign In Required Option
Google is working on modifications on the presently available apps which have become older. Google Play games, the Mountain View Company's online gaming service and SDK are going to remove the Google Plus sign-in requirement.

Users can now experience the gaming without signing in to their Google Plus account every time. Once the user signed in Google will no longer ask for sign in required option in future. This will be really helpful for the gamers to play any game enormously without any interruption.

Google App developer Wolff Dobson wrote a blog post
We are taking steps to reduce sign in frictions and unnecessary permission requests for users by moving the Games APIs to a new model.
However, the existing users will have to continue the same process because they have already signed-up with Google Plus account ID. But new users will get new player ID at the first time and never have to sign-in back. If you wish to disable you can go to settings and turn off manually.

There was no timeline mentioned for the change so we expect this will result by the end of 2016.
