We encourage all our users to complete their transition to new the Yahoo Messenger app, as we no longer support the old legacy platform as of August 05, 2016. We intend to continue our focused efforts on the New Messenger, with a goal of delivering the best experience to our users.
The new version is redesigned with new features and now you can share photos, instantly, send animated GIFs, and even unsend messages. The unsend feature allows users to undo sending messages and retrace their footsteps. Yahoo has recently introduced support for Hindi language on its app.
It is available for free to use on Android, iPhone and on the web browser. To continue with Yahoo you need to upgrade to latest version of Yahoo Messenger.
