Now Add Pit Stops To Your Trips On Google Maps
Google Maps has recently announced 'Pit Stop' feature on their blog post. This feature works perfectly on both Android and iOS devices.

Pit Stops help the travelers who like to travel around the world. While using the app users can open the navigation window one needs to tap on the magnification or search icon. This lists all popular categories like stores, bakers, shopping malls and restaurants.

This feature also supports voice search for getting results which we are looking for in an easier way. The search results also include estimation time the detour will add to your trip with ratings for the stores and places. This helps the travelers to choose the best places around them.

Pit Stop feature will be available for all the countries in which navigation is supported. This feature holds all the essential diversions without going out from the navigation window.
This is going to be the very useful for the countries which doesn't have the best internet connection, where reloading a map in the middle is risky due to unreliable mobile networks.

Another great 'Multiple Waypoints' feature is not currently available on Google Maps for iOS devices. Not only adding a waypoints but a route with multiple waypoints which was constructed on the on the web version cannot be viewed on the mobile app. It would be a good if Google adds this feature on the mobile devices too.
